Reschedule My Ticket

CAN’T MAKE IT TO THE CLASS?  NO WORRIES.  RESCHEDULE YOURSELF FOR ANOTHER NIGHT.

Use the form below to obtain a voucher.  voucher codes are used on the CHECKOUT page when you pay for an event. Simply enter your voucher code as a coupon to redeem your voucher. Your voucher will work on any public event or private party ticket

All full voucher can occur when you reschedule yourself well in advance. If you decide to reschedule yourself within 5 days of the class you’ll receive a last-minute rebooking fee of 30%.

Refund Policy:
All sales are final. We do NOT offer refunds.
Refund Policy For classes, workshops, camps and other scheduled events: Cottage credit will be issued for a future class when cancellation request is received at least 48 hours before scheduled event, refunds/cerdits are not offered with less than 48 hours notice.
Tickets are fully transferable, and you may let someone of your own choosing use your ticket in your absence.
We reserve the right to cancel public events without a minimum of 6 attendees. Customers will be notified via email and a refund will be given.
If a public event is canceled due to weather, the event will be rescheduled and your ticket will be automatically refunded. In the event of inclement weather, the website and Facebook page will be updated with any closure information.
Refund Policy for parties and events:
Cottage credit will be issued for a future event date when cancellation request is received at least 10 calendar days prior to scheduled event.   In the event you need to cancel within 10 days of your event, you will forfeit your deposit.
Reschedule Policy:
If you cannot attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule up to 48 hours prior. Please email us at hello@thecraaftasticcottage.com with your order number and we’ll send you a credit voucher.
No-Show Policy:
Credits will NOT be given to “no-show” guests under any circumstances. You must contact studio 48 hours prior to event to receive Cottage credit.
Conduct Policy:
We ask guests to all do their best to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone. We know the “sipping” can be fun, but please do so responsibly and be able to get home safely.
Kid’s Night Out/Camps
Parent/guardian must sign kids in upon arrival.  Contact information should be kept up to date.  Children must be picked up within 10 minutes of event end time or additional charges may apply.
PHOTO RELEASE:
By accepting the Terms & Conditions when you complete your registration, you acknowledge, grant and authorize The Craftastic Cottage LLC (the Studio), the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or video taken of yourself, friends, family to be used in and/or for any lawful promotional materials including, but not limited to, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising letters, annual reports, press kits and submissions to journalists, websites, social networking sites and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration.
Privacy
Any information that you provide to the Site is subject to the Site’s Privacy Policy, which governs our collection and use of User information. User understands that through his or her use of the Site and its Services, User consents to the collection and use (as set forth in the Privacy Policy) of the information, including the transfer of this information to the United States and/or other countries for storage, processing and use by the Site. The Site may make certain communications to some or all Users, such as service announcements and administrative messages. These communications are considered part of the Services and a User’s account with the Site, and Users are not able to opt out of all of them.
GENERAL
These Terms, including the incorporated Privacy Policy, supersede all oral or written communications and understandings between User and the Site.  Any cause of action User may have relating to the Site or the Services must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.  Both parties waive the right to a jury trial in any dispute relating to the Terms, the Site, or the Services.  If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any aspect of the Terms to be unenforceable, the Terms shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, to give effect to the intent of the Terms, and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.  User may not assign his or her rights or delegate his or her responsibilities under these Terms or otherwise relating to the Site or its Services.  There shall be no third party beneficiaries under these Terms, except for the Site’s affiliates, suppliers, and licensors, or as required by law.  Use of the Site and its Services is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including without limitation this paragraph.  The failure of the Site to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
