Refund Policy

Canvas & Ceramic Classes – In order to receive a credit for a future class, please provide 48 hour notice (prior to the scheduled start time of the class).  We do incur expenses in preparation for each class therefore we do not offer refunds.  We also limit registrations for each class therefore we don’t have time to fill your seat.

Kids Night Out and Summer Camps – These events fill up quickly.  In order to receive a credit, we require 1 week of notice prior to the scheduled time of the event.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped to the provided shipping address within 2-3 business days of receipt.  A tracking number will be provided once the item(s) have shipped.  Once the package has left with FEDEX, UPS or USPS we do not have any control over the package.  It is your responsibility to check the contents of the package with 48 hours of receipt and report any damage to items.  Any damaged items will be reshipped if inventory is available or a refund will be issued.

Please read the product description carefully and ask any questions before placing your order.  We are not able to accept returns.  Thank you for your understanding.
